All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Available on orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Jack & Jones purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from damage
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Gloves
- Tights
These items may only be returned if faulty.
How to Return an Item

- Wait for authorization – We’ll respond within 24 hours (GMT business days) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package your return securely with the original packing slip and clearly write the RMA number on the outside

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:

- Clearly state you wish to exchange the item
