At Jack & Jones Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your contemporary menswear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on gloves and tights unless they are faulty. All other accessories, footwear, and clothing items are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for return authorization – We’ll respond within 24 hours (GMT business days) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package your return securely – Include the original packing slip and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our warehouse at:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you wish to exchange the item
  2. Specify the replacement item (name, size, color) in your email
