Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for return authorization – We’ll respond within 24 hours (GMT business days) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package your return securely – Include the original packing slip and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
